Our 2013 constitution needs to be updated to allow for the complexities of life in 2022. We wish to make changes to allow electronic meetings, when necessary, and meeting quorum sizes to bring them into line with similar-sized Business Associations.
Please join us for breakfast and a short meeting to enact these amendments.
