How to make Larb & Luang Prabang Salads

Learn how to prepare the ever-popular Thai classic chicken larb, and Luang Prabang salad, a favourite dish from Laos’ UNESCO World Heritage City. You’ll spend 30 to 60 minutes in a relaxed environment learning from the chefs, and make your own dish. You can linger on to enjoy it for lunch or take it away with you.
