Festive Champagne Tasting

Join the experts in La Cave for a special festive tasting — an evening devoted to Champagne. Taste through eight exceptional cuvées, each chosen to showcase the range and character of the world’s finest sparkling wine. Hosted by the Normanby team in an intimate setting, the tasting will be paired with a fine selection of cheese from Sabato, thoughtfully chosen to complement each pour. A relaxed, informative evening — perfect for discovering new favourites or simply celebrating the season with great Champagne and company. $89 per person.
