Established in 1995 by renowned international photographer, Jocelyn Carlin, Minnie Street Studio is one of Auckland’s best known photographic hire facilities. With more than 25 years’ in the business, the studio has seen a wide array of editorial, fashion, product and food shoots, television commercials, internet advertising videos, music videos, media training, product launches, live music performances, and so much more.

Minnie Street Studio prides itself on being a relaxed, boutique style location, favoured by photographers and videographers for its great versatility, natural lighting and exceptional ambience.

Centrally located in Eden Terrace, with off-street car parking and ground floor roller-door drive-in access, it allows easy and fast access for gear, crew, large products and set requirements. Minnie Street Studio boasts a magnificent high stud and apex, and shuttered skylights to allow for natural light or blackout. The studio floor includes a built-in infinity cyclorama and flat cyclorama, multiple green-screen size options and a large range of coloramas. In addition, the studio can be used as a sound recording space with a mezzanine level control room available.
